How to get a healthy sleep

  • Sleep regular hours (8 1/2 to 9 hours)
  • Don't take any caffeine in the afternoon
  • Sleep on a bed (not on a couch or seat)
  • Avoid exercise in the evening before sleep
  • Don't try to sleep on a empty stomach, eat 2-3 hours before going to sleep
  • If you like it, drink herbal tea before bed
